Your records

Entries you create in the online tracker are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the entry in the app, clearing your browser storage, or using a different browser/device all make them unavailable — there is no cloud copy.

Printing

Printing and “save as PDF” happen entirely on your device through your browser’s own print dialog. Nothing is uploaded in that process.

Analytics

The site uses cookieless, privacy-focused analytics (Plausible) that counts page views without identifying visitors. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

Health information

Because your headache records never leave your device, we never receive them. Please keep in mind that printed pages contain personal health information — store and dispose of them with that in mind.
